My Approach

As a person-centered therapist, I guide a client toward their own self-discovery and self-directed change. Rather than imposing advice, suggestions, or interpretations, my role is to encourage clients to explore their own experiences, values, and desires, empowering them to make their own choices and decisions.
Person-centered therapy recognizes that the therapeutic journey is unique to each person. Clients are seen as experts in their own lives, with the therapist serving as a supportive and compassionate companion on their path towards growth and self-realization.

Your story, your pain, and your collection of struggles are unique to you. There is no one-size fits all approach to therapy.  I utilize different treatment modalities to fit your individual needs.  I primarily use the following techniques depending on your treatment goals.

Meeting My Clients Where they are at…

Target Specific Issues

  • Person-Centered Therapy

Putting you first. Your story, your pain, and your collection of struggles are unique to you. There is no one-size fits all approach to therapy and using many different modalities can be helpful.

  • Internal Family Systems

IFS® is a modality of therapy that believes every human being has a system of protective and wounded “parts” led by a core Self. That the mind is naturally made of these parts and the importance of understanding them.

  • Attachment theory

Attachment is the strong tie that connects people; from infancy to adulthood we form healthy or “non” healthy attachment and understanding this helps us understand ourselves more deeply.
